Principles of Responsible AI Use

Transparency
AI-driven features are designed to operate transparently within system workflows. Where applicable, users are informed when AI-assisted processes are involved.
Accountability
All AI systems include appropriate human oversight. Final responsibility for decisions and outcomes rests with the organization operating the system.
Fairness & Non-Discrimination
INVASSO does not intentionally design AI systems that discriminate unlawfully or unfairly based on protected characteristics or sensitive attributes.
Security & Privacy
AI systems are architected to respect security, privacy, access controls, and applicable data protection requirements.
Prohibited Uses of AI Systems
AI technologies implemented by or through INVASSO may not be used for:
- ✕Unlawful surveillance, monitoring, or tracking
- ✕Generating deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content
- ✕Automated decision-making that violates applicable laws or regulatory requirements
- ✕Exploiting individuals or groups
- ✕Circumventing security controls, access restrictions, or compliance obligations
- ✕Developing or deploying weapons, harmful tools, or systems designed to cause physical or digital harm
Important: INVASSO reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or disable AI functionality where misuse is identified.
Data Use & Model Limitations
AI systems implemented by INVASSO may rely on:

INVASSO does not guarantee:
- •Accuracy, completeness, or correctness of AI-generated outputs
- •Suitability of AI outputs for legal, financial, medical, or other critical decisions

Critical Notice:
Human review and validation are required for any critical decisions.
INVASSO is not liable for interruptions, failures, or limitations caused by third-party AI providers.
Client Responsibilities
Clients using AI-enabled systems delivered by INVASSO are responsible for:

- •Validating AI-generated outputs before operational or business decisions
- •Complying with industry-specific regulations and governance standards
- •Providing accurate, lawful, and appropriate data inputs

INVASSO designs AI systems to align with applicable regulatory, privacy, and ethical frameworks, including:

General Data Protection Regulation
CCPA/CPRA
California Consumer Privacy Act & Privacy Rights Act
Sector-Specific Compliance
Industry regulations as applicable
Emerging AI Standards
Global AI governance frameworks
However, full compliance obligations ultimately rest with the client operating the system.
Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of outputs generated through authorized use of AI systems, unless otherwise stated in the client's agreement or subject to terms from third-party AI providers.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Policy Updates
This policy may be updated to reflect:
